Hospitality Hosts

The parish sponsors many hospitality events structured for parishioners to get to know each other and to celebrate an event, such as the annual Requiem Mass.

Additionally, the parish has weekly Sunday morning hospitality held after the 9:30 am and 11:00 am Masses.  These are convivial hours that need some coordination, service, and donations of food.

What you can do to help:

Special Events Hospitality:

After the Easter Vigil, Confirmation, Requiem Mass, and other parish-sponsored events, a crew is needed to set up and host refreshments.

Time Commitment:

Usually 1 – 2 hours before the event

The Regular Sunday Morning Hospitality:

Following the 9:30 am and 11:00 am Sunday morning Masses, parishioners gather for coffee and treats.  It is a wonderful venue to get to know fellow parishioners and what they do in the parish.  Because the events are once a week, a lot of people are needed in the following ways:

¨ Bring treats once a month or on occasion.

¨ Set up and prepare the coffee.

¨ Clean up.

¨ Greet people at the event to help them feel at home.

Time Commitment:

Once a month or as often as you would like.  30 minutes to 1 hour.
