St. Ignatius Parish has been a regular supporter of Habitat for Humanity and its mission to build stable ownership housing for needy families while fostering community involvement.
The Parish organizes Habitat “Build Days” twice a year (usually a Saturday in April and one in October), gathering volunteers to help construct new housing locally. It’s a fun and productive day, a fellowship-of-hardhats, requiring no special skills or experience to join in. All over 16 years of age are welcome!
Stay tuned to the parish bulletin and website to learn of Parish Build Day opportunities with Habitat as they become available.
