St. Ignatius Parish relies on a small staff of lay and ordained pastoral staff to conduct the day-to-day operations of the church, prepare for liturgical seasons, offer pastoral care, engage in social ministry, fundraise for the operation of the church, and form the faith of parishioners.

Internshipsstudent opportunities
St. Ignatius Parish works on a rolling basis with the University of San Francisco and USF ministry services to provide internships for students who would like utilize their specific areas of study in a professional ministerial environment. Our ministries and internship opportunities include:
- Faith Formation
- Communications and Marketing
- Fundraising and Development
- Liturgical assistance
- Youth Ministry
Candidates should send their resume, along with a cover letter explaining how an internship at St. Ignatius would help them grow both professionally and spiritually, in order to apply. References may also be required.
