These workshops will introduce the method of Centering Prayer, a practice that leads to resting in God and consenting to God's presence and action within our lives. Centering Prayer prepares us for contemplative prayer, which gradually transforms us. The emphasis is on our relationship with God based on Jesus' teaching in the Gospels.
We are always in the arms of the beloved, whatever we may feel or think. -Thomas Keating.
