We provide three reports, of which the first two differ only in the way volunteer information is sorted:

Volunteer Assignments by Name
This report is sorted by volunteer name (last name, first name).
All shifts for a given volunteer are listed together next to the
volunteer's name.
Use this report to find all the shifts that you or another volunteer
have signed up for.
This report includes cooking, serving, and delivery volunteers,
but not dessert volunteers.

Volunteer Assignments by Date
This report is sorted by date.
All volunteers for a given date and shift are listed together next to that date and shift.
Use this report to find out who is volunteering on a given date.
This report includes cooking, serving, and delivery volunteers,
but not dessert volunteers.

Dessert Assignments by Date
This report lists dessert volunteers only.
The report is sorted by date.
Use this report to find out who is preparing desserts on a given date,
how many desserts each person is preparing, and how many desserts remain unassigned..
These reports are password-protected.
In order to view the reports, you must enter a user name and password,
which should have been provided to you when you volunteered.
This extra security is for your protection --
we don't want to let everyone on the Internet know when you'll be away from home.
